COVID-19 Vaccines & Safety Protocol
1. COVID-19 VACCINES
Our practice is only administering the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. We have not been given a date for the arrival of Pfizer so will not be taking bookings at this time.
2. GREATER SYDNEY LOCKDOWN 26 JUNE 2021 – TBC
As the spread of COVID-19 intensifies in our community, we will be making some adjustments to our appointments to keep you and our staff safe. Where possible, all appointments will be done through telehealth unless clinically necessary for you to attend in-person. Please respect the safety of our staff and do not turn up to the clinic unannounced – always call ahead.
If you are booked in to receive your COVID vaccine, please attend your appointment as scheduled whilst following the safety measures listed below.
In order to ensure the safety of our patients and staff, we ask that you take the following steps when attending our practice:
Do not enter the practice if you have a fever, cough or other flu-like symptoms OR if you have been a casual or direct contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case OR have been in a COVID-19 hotspot
Please wear a mask when attending our clinic
Our staff will take your temperature and ask you to use hand sanitiser on arrival. You will also need to check-in using the NSW COVID Safe App QR code. You may be asked to wait in your car in order to ensure social distancing in the waiting room
If you need to have a COVID-19 test, do not enter the clinic. We do not routinely test at our clinic. Please visit the NSW Health website to locate your nearest testing facility. Please call our reception on 02 9817 0000 if you have any questions.
