Phone calls and emails
We are committed to providing the highest quality healthcare to our patients
All results and healthcare concerns must be discussed as part of a scheduled appointment. Our reception team are able to pass on messages to our clinical team on your behalf, but you will need to make an appointment to discuss these issues with them.
Results
Patients will need to make an appointment to receive their results.
If possible, this appointment is best made at the time of referral for the tests. We cannot release results to anyone other than the patient or their legal guardian unless this has been specifically arranged beforehand.
Recalls and reminders
We are able to remind patients of appointments and recalls via SMS.
Patients must opt-in to this service by notifying our reception staff.
E health
Our practice encourages the use of safe and secure electronic record keeping.
We aim to have comprehensive records of our patients.
The Health record benefits patients by providing better access to their healthcare information for all their chosen health care providers. The system has improved security, safety and privacy.
Please go to www.myhealthrecord.gov.au to review your registration and preferences so that we are able to upload your history to the record.
Ask our receptionists if you have any issues regarding the Health records.
Interpreter services
We offer non-discriminatory, holistic healthcare. We welcome all nationalities to our practice.
Do you need a translator for your appointment?
Would you prefer that person to be someone not related or associated with you so that you can maintain your privacy?
If yes – please let us know when you are booking your appointment and we can arrange a telephone interpreter to assist at your consultation.
