We are here to plan, problem-solve, and discuss with you. An appointment with us is a consultation. You come to us with your health issues and goals, and we work with you to achieve them using the knowledge and expertise we have, in a way that makes you feel heard and comfortable.

- To treat all our team with courtesy and respect
- Be open to preventative health recommendations and advice – you might not feel you need it now, but you’ll see the value in the long run
- Be open to treatment that seems boring and basic. Fundamentals like diet and exercise are fundamentals for a reason. We don’t want to over treat you.
- Pre-book your regular checkups. We’re not trying to take your money – we are trying to save you money. Seeing us regular keeps your health in check and stops you paying extra for repeat prescriptions or medications
