Normal Results Notifications
From now on, you should expect to be notified of normal results through a text message simply stating – ‘Your test results were normal’. If you have ongoing health issues, please book a follow up appointment.
We know that it can be difficult to remember when you’re next due for a blood test, mammogram, vaccination or Health Assessment. So we’re working with Hotdoc to bring you an automated reminder system for these common checks.

What to expect
When you are due for repeat test, assessment, or other health service, you can expect to see a text message from us that looks like this –
When you click the link, Hotdoc will ask you to provide your surname, mobile number and date of birth. This is to make sure your information is only being accessed by you – in the event that you may have changed your number and not notified the practice, for example.
This is only available for patients that have an active mobile number on their patient account.
How your message will appear:
You should action the health message by booking an appointment through Hotdoc or over the phone. It is important that you read the health message before attempting to make an appointment so that you can communicate the right type of appointment needed to reception.
